Smoked Turkey and Cranberry Roll-Ups
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups finely diced smoked turkey
1 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 or 5 spinach tortillas or wraps
In a small bowl beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Stir in chedddar cheese, turkey, cranberries, olives, and chili powder. Spread about 12 cup of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll Tortillas tightly. Cover and chill at least two hours Slice tortillas into 1-inch slices. Serve a room temperature.
